Little Black Dress

Every fashionista knows that fashion changes very quickly, but there is one thing that never gets old and often can save in a crisis situation like "I have nothing to wear". This thing is a little black dress!

Każda fashionistka wie, że moda zmienia się bardzo szybko, ale jest jedna rzecz, która nigdy się nie starzeje i niejednokrotnie potrafi uratować w sytuacji kryzysowej typu "Nie mam co na siebie włożyć". To mała czarna!




This season, Mona Bismarck American Center in Paris has decided to pay homage to this timeless garment and organized an exhibition, which presents more than 50 dresses designed by the canon of modern fashion designers such as Chanel, Marc Jacobs, Miuccia Prada, Tom Ford, Oscar de la Renta or Vera Wang.

W tym sezonie paryskie Mona Bismarck American Center postanowiło oddać hołd tej ponadczasowej kreacji i zorganizowało wystawę, na której zaprezentowano ponad 50 sukienek zaprojektowanych przez kanon współczesnych kreatorów mody tj. Chanel, Marc Jacobs, Miuccia Prada, Tom Ford, Oscar de la Renta czy Vera Wang.

The little black dress has delivered some of the most indelible images of our visual age. Endlessly appropriated and translated, each dress is imbued with the value of its day - from service to independence, from restraint to temptation, from glamour to grace. - says André Leon Talley, a curator of Parisian exhibition.
